Pretty Pho-tos

I looove Vietnamese food and hubby and I go almost every monday for lunch.  We almost always get the same thing~ some type of pho (noodle soup) and garden rolls made with shrimp and mint dipped in peanut sauce and Sriracha.  It’s a great way to start off the week, especially considering it’s almost always funded by one of you boys. Here are some pics of yesterday’s meal.  The dish of peanut sauce comes w/a lil dab of Sriracha, but I always add a bunch more~ I like things SPICY!!!  I also like to *dress* My soup~ I add beansprouts, fresh sliced jalapenos, fresh basil, and a squirt of lime.  This particular bowl of pho was made with meatballs.  Delish!!!
