R.I.P. Roomba

And just like clockwork, only 2 weeks after the one year warranty ended, My roomba has died.  C’est la vie, I don’t do the vacuuming anyway.. that’s hubby’s job.
Has anyone had any experience w/ www.ebags.com ? To make a long story short… I wanted 2 new Betsey J. bags for my vacation, subxyz offers to purchase off amazon list but turns out the vendor (ebags) won’t ship to p.o. boxes, so he purchases a g.c. directly from ebags.com so I can order directly.  #1~ they wanted up to $40 more on their site than the price on amazon and #2 they apparently don’t keep anything in stock.. it’s all at their remote warehouse in bumfuck so it was going to take 3 days to process the order and then another 2 to ship (and that was expedited!).  So I decided not to order the dumb things and figured I’d wait until I got back and spend more time decided what I wanted.  So I finally decide on this sweet candy apple red Kate Spade wallet and a cute Loungefly diamond print dufflebag.  I load up the shopping cart, fill out a profile, etc, and enter the gift cert code and voila! No Worky.  Huh? WTF? My first thought was to assume the sub had canceled the g.c. and when I clicked Live Help and gave them the info, they said yes, it had been canceled.  So while I’m confronting the sub (who denies he canceled it and has no clue wtf happened) the ebags customer service asshat finally tells me that THEY canceled it.  He’s not sure why, but something about an issue w/the billing address.  Now, did they inform the purchaser of this? NOPE.  They just canceled it. His CC wasn’t charged , so they aren’t scammers, but they sure do have an ass backward way of doing business and they won’t be getting a dime of any sub’s money from ME.
